Return Policy

We accept returns.

Many of our loyal shoppers who shop our online store will tell you, we have very reasonable pricing and the quality of our merchandise is the best in Thrift online market place.

To start a return CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FIRST at info@yourdesignerthrift.com or by phone at 513-825-4282 within 10 days of the time they receive their item/items. Please note we will not accept returns unless the customer contacts our customer service department first. Customer service hours Monday-Friday 8:00-3:30pm.

If you request a return please note all returns must be shipped within 10 days after return is accepted by Your Designer Thrift.  

To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition in which they were received (new with tags items must be returned with original tags attached). Jewelry and final sale items are non-returnable.

All items are subject to a $1.99 restocking fee per item which will be deducted from your refund.

Customers will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. Customers will receive a refund to your original form of payment after the item/items are received. Please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

Your Designer Thrift will pay for your return shipping if any of the following pertains to your order. Please report the issue immediately info@yourdesignerthrift.com

  1. Undisclosed damage
  2. Incorrect or missing item/items
  3. Item/items not as described
  4. Item/Items not authentic
